I started this company because over the last 21 years of lending in the State of Florida, I have gathered the best of the best practices and wanted the opportunity to combine them into one operation with the goal of creating the best client experience possible.

I have had the great fortune to work with some of the best organizations in the business, on the inside as it were. Large banks, large, medium and small lenders. I’ve lived in Orlando, St.Petersburg, Miami, and now again in the Tampa Bay area, while servicing clients in Florida. I’ve been able to help people all over the state with purchasing, building, and refinancing homes so dreams could be fulfilled. I was one of the Charter Members of the National Reverse Mortgage Lender’s Association (NRMLA) when it was created in the late 80′s, and was personally involved in some of the first loans to Seniors that allowed them to extract much needed monthly incomes from their homes, without increasing any of their monthly expenses.

If there is one thing that I’ve learned in my many years in this industry that inspired me to start AHF, it is this… People come first. People are why we are here. And, all of those people are looking for a good experience. Rates change, home values fluctuate. But honesty and integrity shouldn’t. We’d like to give you a uniquely comfortable experience- not just quick processing and low rates (we’ll do that too)- so you’ll remember us and call us again next time, or when a friend needs a referral.

Michael Noel – Mr. Noel is principal of American Home Financial, a Florida Correspondent Lender. He is both a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and a NAMB Certified Mortgage Consultant with over 20 years of experience assisting his firm’s clients in making smart decisions about integrating their debt strategy into their overall financial plan for building long term wealth.
